the airbag light on my vr6 is broken

but it did not fail on the airbag


do cars in finland need airbags to pass the katsastus yearly inspection

my light doesnt come on then go off

Yes airbags need to work at katsastus including the light working as it should. You'll get a notice if it doesn't work and need to go to inspection again i think.

is that for newer cars because i think my light doesnt work ,and it didnt fail on the airbag etc

i must be lucky :)

Pure luck: all cars equipped with any airbag must work properly in inspection.
