Mittariston vaihdollako pois jenkkimallista?

Kuten otsikko kertoo kysymyksen, eli pääseekö pelkällä mittariston vaihdolla eroon gallonoista ja maileista, jota jenkkiversio tällä hetkellä näyttää (ajotietokone)? Normaali kilometri, tai siis tässä tapauksessa maili näyttö. (matkamittarissa siis)
Entä jos ei, antureita, entä ECU? Kiitokset kaikille asiallisista vastauksista! :)

Kannattaisi varmaan kysymyksen yhteyteen muotoilla jonkinlainen lause siitä, että minkä merkkinen ja mallinen auto on kyseessä.
