Onhan siitä ollut jo jonkunaikkaa juttukin nettiautossa.
Tässä oli vissiin uutta se, että 5.000 € piti lähettää heti eteenpäin jollekin kuljetusfirmalle. Ja painotettiin erityisesti, että heti kun saat shekin niin kuittaat rahat pankista JA siirrät osan eteenpäin. Autostasi nämä huijarit eivät varmaan olleet lainkaan kiinnostuneet, mutta tuo rahojen siirto eteenpäin on tässä se juju.
Shekkihän on luonnollisesti katteeton, mutta sen toteamiseen menee muutama pankkipäivä. Tosin ainakaan OP ei nykyään anna rahoja suoraan, vaan tilisiirto tehdään vasta kun shekki on todettu katteelliseksi. Jos katetta ei ole, shekin esittäjältä veloitetaan kuitenkin tarkistuskulut.

heheh, sitä samaa itsekin aloin miettimään kun ehdin ajatuksen kanssa lukaista viestejä läpi. Kaikkea ne jaksaa. Ihmetyttää lähinnä tuossa sitten tuo shekkihomma, että voit nostaa rahat pois ja pankki sitten tuleekin perimään niitä viikon päästä takaisin. Ei tuollaisen nykyajan tietokonejärjestelmillä pitäisi olla enää mahdollista...
Sehän se onkin noiden shekkien ongelma. Amerikassa ovat ilmeisesti vasta siirtymässä siihen, että shekin tiedot voidaan siirtää lunastusta varten toiseen pankkiin. Nykyisessä järjestelmässä shekki pitää ihan fyysisesti siirtää lunastusta varten siihen pankkiin, jossa se on alunperin asetettu. Tästä syystä shekkejä lentelee vieläkin pitkin poikin amerikan mannerta kuljetusfirmojen lentokoneilla. Tämä lunastusviive sitten antaa mahdollisuuden kaikenlaisille huijareille, kuten tässä Kanada-tapauksessakin.

Tuollainen "toiminta" nyt on vähän niinkuin puhelinmyyjää alkaisi kiusaamaan. Itsellesi saatat saada hyvän olon mutta puhelinmyyjä ei päivän päätteeksi välitä nk. vittuakaan. Sen mitä itte olen puhelinmyyntiä tehnyt niin lopuksi vain nauratti miten jotkut olivat mielestään elämääkin ovelampia kettuja.

The car is located at the shipping company in Germany, the escrow method was chose by my firm , I'm just a contact person and this is the only way we sell the cars because we have contract with the company.The deposit will be sent in the shipping company bank account so there is no question about the safety.You will receive the car in 4 days,the inspection period is 5 days.In this time you can drive the car (but no more than 50 km),you can go with it at a local dealer or workshop but only with the agent from the shipping company. The papers will be done only after the 5 days of inspection.If the car is not suitable it will be sent back and you will receive the deposit back in the same day you take the decision.

Tuo oli mobile.de:ssä aikaisemmin, ja n. 30 hv tehokkaampana :). Nyt se on sieltä hävinnyt. Laitoin tuosta mailia kaverille, ja kysyin lisätietoja autosta kun ilmoituksessa ei ollut oikein mitään. No, kuvia tai tietoja en saanut vaan kovaa myyntipuhetta ja lässytystä. Viimein kun sain tietää kaupantekotavan, alkoi epäilykset heräämään. (Kannattaa lukea tässä välissä mailikeskustelu.) Soitin Western Unionin konttoriin Ruotsiin ja selitin heille asian. Kysyin että voiko tämä kaveri vain tarkistaa että lähettämäni rahat on siellä, mutta ei voi niitä nostaa. He kuulemma väärentävät henkkarit sopiviksi ja menevät nostamaan rahat ja sen jälkeen ei niistä kuulu mitään. Tätä tapahtuu Suomessakin todella paljon, ja heille tulee kyselyitä tällaisesta viisi kertaa päivässä. Eli kannattaa olla varovainen. Could you tell me more about the cars equipment? _Everything_ important please (electric windows, tempomat, ESP? you know...). What kind seats are in it? Is the chassis normal? What about the transmission, how many gears does it have? And does it have Tiptronic? Do you have more (and better and bigger) pictures of the car? Inside pictures also. Those in the web are too small.

I have a solution
I am from United Kingdom and as I told you also the car is in UK. I will make the delivery at your address and you can there inspect the car in your country. I think is more helpful for you if you will check the car there,anyway your are first on my list ,but please let me know because I have some other possible buyers that I`ve put in stand by for the moment. It is more simply in my way because,when I will deliver the car to your address,I will make a contract with DHL Service and if you change your mind or you don`t like the car DHL will return in max 6 days with the car at my address.Please understand that if you receive the car and you like it but if you can`t registrate in your country (or you have some others problems that make you to decide to don`t take this car)but I guarantee you that you will registrate the car without any problems because the car is clean, ! without any problems, you can refuse the car and the delivery service will return with the car back to me and you will not have any obligations for that. I don`t want money in advance but all that I want is to be sure that you have the money,and I don't pay the delivery fees at DHL,and the export fees for nothing,for a person who is only interested to see a car...you may be interested but maybe you don`t have the money,and in this way I will pay over GBP 900 for the delivery fees(and maybe you don`t have the money...so that I want an assurance that you have the money....and as soon as I will see that I will deliver the car and the car will be at your address in maximum 3 working days. Vielä lisää paskanjauhantaa tuli tämän jälkeen, mutta niitä ei ole tallessa. Mutta se meni kuitenkin jotenkin näin: pyysin uudestaan tietoja autosta ja _kuvia_. Mitään tarkkaahan se ei kertonut, mutta lopuksi sain kuvia, ja ihan jotain hatusta vedettyjä tietoja varusteista. Kuvissa näkyikin sitten yllättäen manuaalin keppi! Ja lattialla oli muovit, ihan kuin kuvat olisi otettu autokaupan myymättömästä autosta! Ulkokuviakin oli, mutta mistä lie autosta nekin oli... Kysyin sitten että miksi autossa on manuaali laatikko vaikka ilmoituksessa luki automaatti, niin kommentti oli vain että "vaihdoin sen". Hehe. Sitten en enää jaksanut vedättää tyyppiä vaan sanoin ettei tuollainen kiinnosta ja annoin olla. Vielä se jotain yritti selitellä perään. Että tämmöistä! :)

It is more simply in my way because,when I will deliver the car to your address,I will make a contract with DHL Service and if you change your mind or you don`t like the car DHL will return in max 6 days with the car at my address.Please understand that if you receive the car and you like it but if you can`t registrate in your country (or you have some others problems that make you to decide to don`t take this car)but I guarantee you that you will registrate the car without any problems because the car is clean, ! without any problems, you can refuse the car and the delivery service will return with the car back to me and you will not have any obligations for that. I don`t want money in advance but all that I want is to be sure that you have the money,and I don't pay the delivery fees at DHL,and the export fees for nothing,for a person who is only interested to see a car...you may be interested but maybe you don`t have the money,and in this way I will pay over GBP 900 for the delivery fees(and maybe you don`t have the money...so that I want an assurance that you have the money....and as soon as I will see that I will deliver the car and the car will be at your address in maximum 3 working days. After you receive the car I remind you that you will have other 3 days for inspection and test the car(you can go with the car at a dealer from your city,at a mechanic,or you can verify the papers from the car with the police).
After these 3 days a ! person from DHL(an DHL employed) Service will come at you with the buying-selling contract in original between me as a seller and you as a buyer and and if you want the car you will have to sign the contract and the car will be transfered on your name directly,of course that will be in case you will be agree with the car and after a minutious research in the original papers of the car,after a drive test,and other methods that will be at your choice to verify and test the car.In these 3 days of inspection the car will stay at your address so you can decide.
On the other side all that you will have to make is to go at an Western Union Office-I hope you know western Union Service- and do the following thing so I can verify if all is ok and send
you the car:
You will go and make the transfer by Western Union Service, to my location,here in UK,from your country, here in UK, but not to my name (you will use your ! best friends name,your girlfriend name, for example as receiver's name,or a member from your family) so you can be sure that I will not pick up the money untill you get the car and the papers of the car.
So you make a deposit at Western Union Service and you will give me the transfer's details(SENDER NAME,RECEIVER NAME,MTCN) so I can check that the deposit was made,and the money exist in their sistem. After I verify,and see that the money are in UK, I will send you the car and the papers of the car like I have told you above, imediatelly and email you the scaned papers from the delivery and the scaned paper of the sale contract in original. In this mode,you will be sure that the car is on the way to you. After you will receive the car and check it,and if all is ok, you will have to go back at Western Union Service,take your money back, and give all the money to the Transport Service as an Cash on Delivery Service.
So untill you ! will have the car and the papers of the car in your hands the money will be deposited on your best friend name at Western Union agent.
As soon as the car arrives, you will test the car, and if it does not matches to your expectations, you will return it without any obligations.
How are you protected in case we have a deal?
Simply you will have to go as I told you and send the money via western Union Service on a name at your choice but on a valid address from United Kingdom,my country and send me the payment details so I can verify them.After I will verify the payment and if it is ok,if the money exist and are available under the name and address that you send the delivery service will came at your address with the car in max 3 working days.
Doing like that you have the advantage of being able to inspect it and take it for a test drive(you can even have it checked by mechanic), you will verify the car's documentation and paperwork and then if everything is OK you will retire the money from Western Union Service and sign the buying-selling contract with the delivery service and give them the money and it is like Cash on Delivery but in this case both of us will be protected,you as a buyer because you will see and test the car before you buy and me as a seller because I will be sure that you have the money and I don`t make a lot of papers and pay a lot of fees for delivery for nothing. Now i will point out a few things that are very important for you to understand in this transaction.Western Union will not guarantee this transaction as they are only offering service for money transfer and not for mutual accounts.They will only be able to make the money transfer so please do not ask them what security do you have because thet guarantee none.Also please do not tell the Western Union people that this transfer is for an internet ! purchase because they will charge their regular fee and 15% of the amount transfered for comercial use of their services.I am not willing to pay that money and i guess that neither do you so just tell them that you are sending this money to a friend(if they ask you about it).
So if you want to make the deal please let me know now and send me your full details so I can start the reservation for shipping the car Please let me know if you want or not,.because I am in hurry and I have a lot of buyers to attend! Vielä lisää paskanjauhantaa tuli tämän jälkeen, mutta niitä ei ole tallessa. Mutta se meni kuitenkin jotenkin näin: pyysin uudestaan tietoja autosta ja _kuvia_. Mitään tarkkaahan se ei kertonut, mutta lopuksi sain kuvia, ja ihan jotain hatusta vedettyjä tietoja varusteista. Kuvissa näkyikin sitten yllättäen manuaalin keppi! Ja lattialla oli muovit, ihan kuin kuvat olisi otettu autokaupan myymättömästä autosta! Ulkokuviakin oli, mutta mistä lie autosta nekin oli... Kysyin sitten että miksi autossa on manuaali laatikko vaikka ilmoituksessa luki automaatti, niin kommentti oli vain että "vaihdoin sen". Hehe. Sitten en enää jaksanut vedättää tyyppiä vaan sanoin ettei tuollainen kiinnosta ja annoin olla. Vielä se jotain yritti selitellä perään. Että tämmöistä! :)
saman tyyppistä koin kesällä. Lyhyesti: myyjä lontoossa , auto saksassa. Ratti väärällä puolella ettei voi englannissa ruisailla. Niin ja hinta halpa. Olis pitänu UK pankkiin siirtää vaimon tai kaverin nimelle osa rahoista ihan vaan takuuks et mulla olis fyrkkaa. Totesin et jos ei mun sana riitä niin myy vaikka autoliikkeeseen. Pistää aina miettimään että kai ne saksalaiset jopparitkin osaa autoja ostaa ettei tarvis ulkomaille myydä tosi halvall..=)
