In order to receive with a TDI with pump nozzle technology a maximum achievement yield comes one not drum around the pump nozzle elements to exchange (it is one is lucky owner of a 96kW or a 110kW 4zylinder PD-TDI or a still luckier owner of a R5-PD-TDI or a V10-PD-TDI, this the large PD elements already in series blocked!). PD elements in size 550 we work at present on a small series of still larger PD elements around still higher achievements and torques to obtain to be able, the availability are at present however not yet surely posed! 550er of PD elements for 1.9Liter TDIs 4zylinder: 1000. -- Euro x With the large PD elements approx. 200 HP are possible (if the durations of injection only slightly opposite those of a 110kW PD TDIs to be extended, for racing are at short notice possible to 220PS!). With the exchange of the PD elements also the adjusting screws at the lever waves as well as all necked-down bolts (mounting plate of the lever waves and at the mounting plates of the PD elements) must be replaced! A correct attitude of the position of the PD elements is a condition for a correct function!

Lyhykäisyydessään noin suurinpiirtein: 96kw/110kw 1.9 PD ja r5 TDI-PD + v10 TDI PD koneissa on isoimmat saatavilla olevat suuttimet jo tehtaalta.
Ja taho mistä tämän olet kopsinut työstää pientä sarjaa vielä tuota suurempia suuttimia/kärkiä. Tehot rajautuvat ~200hp tai kilpakäyttöä varten on ~220 otettavissa ulos.Sitten uusittava vaihdettaessa uudet kiinnityspultit jne.
